The Sales Order Support position has a coordinating roll for various processes and provides communication to all involved disciplines. This position contributes to the organisation’s quarterly bookings & revenue figures and implements the mission of the team “You sell, we handle” to support sales in the field through administrative activities. Responsibilities and deliverables include: Daily Sales Support to assigned regions on pre-sales (examples: configuration issues; compatibility issues; availability & pricing) Responsible for collecting, preparing and sending out Tender responses together with the Account Managers Responsible for reviewing Terms & Conditions for orders and Tender invitations
